Combat Sport & Fitness Club classes are more than just a way to get you into the best shape of your life. Taking one of our combat programs not only gets you fit and strong, but you reduce stress and learn self defense at the same time.
For the competitive athlete, amateur or professional fighter, you can be sure you are training in one of the best equipped facilities in Mexico. We have over 140 sq. meters of Tatami mats, a boxing ring and a corner Octagon. Numerous seminars are held during the year with some of the best trainers and fighters in the world.
Our STUDIO has programs that are built on the principals of building functional strength and consistent muscle confusion allowing you to see year round results. Building your core strength will develop great abs and lower back strength, cardio will burn calories and functional body / strength workouts builds toned muscles. STUDIO memberships also offer "Group Training", where a certified instructor is on the gym floor to help you with your workouts.
Every membership includes access to our weight area anytime of the day so you can get in your strength and conditioning workouts.
